This year's AGM will be held in the clubhouse on Sunday, 29th January at 10.30.
If anyone wishes to raise an issue or propose something please present it in writing, or (preferably) email me at philiprowlands@ymail.com
I am proposing that from this year on we go paperless. We now have an active website (www.ynyscynonbowls.com) we are paying for, and most of us are also on Whatsapp. The fixtures are on the website under the heading 'FIXTURES' and any changes are entered immediately onto the website. I think we should make a real effort to go paperless and do our bit for the planet.
Obviously this will be included on the agenda and voted on.
